Min Beboer Parkering

AI assistant

AI assistant in the admin surfaces

Beta

An assistant that sits on the screen itself and can fill in and submit the form for you — instead of explaining where the field is.

The assistant fills in and submits the form in one step, with no confirmation, and it does not answer from documentation about the system. Read what you are asking for before you ask for it.

In short

The AI assistant is a chat inside the signed-in part of Min Beboer Parkering. It does more than answer: the forms the system exposes as tools — plates, households, apartment, profile, settings and media folders — it can fill in and submit on your behalf. It is there for everyone signed in, both residents on their own page and administrators running the site. It is in beta, and the two things it cannot do are stated below rather than left out.

What you get

It acts, it does not only explain

Most assistants can tell you where the button is. This one fills the fields and submits the form, because the screen's form is exposed as a tool it may call. That is the difference between a guide and help.

On the screens where the clicks are

Plates, households, apartment, profile, settings and media folders expose tools today. Those are exactly the places where a small correction otherwise costs more clicks than it is worth.

The same assistant for residents and administrators

It is available to everyone signed in. A resident can ask to have a plate changed; an administrator can ask to have a setting corrected. It can do no more than the user can.

Conversations stay put

Each conversation is stored as a session, so you can go back to what was done rather than starting over. It is also where you can see what the assistant was actually asked to do.

Spend is visible

Language-model usage is logged per tenant and visible in the system. A tool that costs money per message belongs somewhere the spend can be seen rather than discovered on an invoice.

How it is used

  1. Open it on the screen you are on

It lives in the signed-in part of the system. It does not know the screen by itself — it knows the tools that screen exposes and which fields they take.

  2. Say what should happen

"Add AB 12 345 to the apartment" instead of finding the field yourself. The assistant picks the tool that matches what you asked for.

  3. The tool fills in and submits

The call puts the values into the form and submits it in the same step. There is no confirmation step in between, so read what you are asking for before you ask for it.

  4. The change stands in the system

It goes through as an ordinary form submission under the same rules and permissions that apply when you fill it in yourself. The assistant bypasses nothing.

Questions and answers

Can the assistant explain how the system works?

Only broadly. It answers from general knowledge and from the conversation you have had — not from documentation about this particular system. Questions about specific rules, prices or setup are better put to the FAQ, the pricing page or to us directly, where the answer lives in one place and can be kept current.

Does it save anything without me confirming?

Yes. When the assistant calls a tool it fills the form and submits it in the same step — there is no confirmation step in between. That is the most important thing to know before using it, and one of the two reasons it is marked beta.

Can it do anything I am not allowed to?

No. The tools are the same forms you can open yourself, submitted with your access. If you cannot change a setting, the assistant cannot change it on your behalf either.

What is sent to the language model?

Your message, the conversation so far, and the description of the tools the screen exposes — the names of the fields in the form you are on. Not the parking register as a whole. Usage is logged per tenant, and there is a limit on how many messages a user can send.

Why is it in beta?

Because two things are missing before it is a finished help feature: it acts without a confirmation step, and it cannot look anything up in documentation about the system, so it cannot point you at a specific rule or screen. Both are known, and both are stated here rather than omitted.

Want to see it running?

The assistant comes with access to the system. See the pricing, or write to us if you want it shown on your own screens.
