Min Beboer Parkering

Private parking enforcement

Parking enforcement your housing association runs itself

Min Beboer Parkering is the parking management system for housing associations, property owners and property managers who want to run parking enforcement themselves. Digital parking permits, visitor parking and control fees in one system – without handing the site to a parking company.

How parking enforcement works

Min Beboer Parkering is one system for parking management on private land: housing associations, condominium and co-op boards, private roads, parking garages and commercial sites. You set the parking rules, residents get digital parking permits for their apartment and create visitor parking with a link, and your own controllers issue control fees from the controller app. The driver looks the fee up and pays online. The revenue stays with the association: you pay a fixed subscription plus an administration fee per paid case instead of sharing the fees with a parking company.

  1. Set up your parking site

We create the association, its apartments and parking spaces, and supply signage that matches your parking rules – the prerequisite for issuing a control fee on private land.

  2. Residents get digital permits

Residents sign in, register plates against their apartment and create visitor parking with a link. No permit on the dashboard and no paper cards for guests.

  3. You run the enforcement

Your own controllers check plates in the controller app and issue a control fee on the spot with photo and location. The driver looks it up and pays online.

Questions about parking enforcement and management

Can a housing association run parking enforcement itself?

Yes – that is the point of self-managed parking. You set the rules, residents manage their own permits and visitor parking, and your own controllers issue control fees from the app. No parking company is needed to run the enforcement.

How is this different from a parking company?

A parking company takes over the site and funds enforcement with a share of the control fees. Here you pay a fixed subscription plus an administration fee per paid case – the rules, the enforcement and the revenue stay with the association.

Does it cover private land and private roads?

Yes. The system is built for private parking: housing associations, condominium and co-op boards, private roads, parking garages and commercial sites. A control fee requires clear signage, which is part of the setup.

What does parking enforcement cost for a housing association?

A subscription per user and per parking space plus an administration fee per paid control fee. No setup fee and no lock-in; signage and materials are ordered as needed. See the pricing page for current rates.

Who is this for?

Housing associations, condominium and co-op boards, property managers, private landlords and commercial properties – plus the residents, guests and controllers who use the site day to day.

What does parking management cover?

Users, apartments, plates, parking permits, visitor parking, control fees, payments, reports and the local parking rules – in one place.

How do residents get a parking permit?

The resident signs in, picks their apartment and registers plates against it. The permit is digital and tied to the plate, so nothing goes in the windscreen.

How do you pay a control fee?

Look the control fee up with the ticket number and the vehicle's registration number, review the case, and pay securely online by card.

Which countries do you cover?

Primarily Denmark, with localized content and pricing for Denmark, Norway and Sweden.
