No account is needed: the driver enters the ticket number from the fee together with the vehicle's registration number, sees what the case is about, and pays by card. The payment is recorded on the case immediately, the receipt goes out by email, and the association does not have to reconcile transfers against case numbers afterwards.
Ticket number and plate are enough. The fewer steps between a driver who has decided to pay and a completed payment, the fewer cases end up as a reminder the association has to chase itself.
The driver sees what the fee was issued for and what it comes to before paying. That is both fair and practical: a driver who can see the basis rings the association less often to ask.
Payment is handled through a payment provider, and card details never pass through the association's hands. Card fees are passed on or included transparently, so the amount is not suddenly different from the one on the fee.
When the payment goes through, the case changes status in the dashboard. Nobody ticks a spreadsheet, and the board can always see which cases are paid and which are still open.
The driver gets a receipt by email. That closes the conversation that otherwise surfaces months later about whether a particular fee was paid — and who has proof of what.
The control fee sits visibly on the vehicle or was handed over on site, and it carries a ticket number. The address of the lookup page is printed on the fee itself.
On the lookup page the driver enters the ticket number and the vehicle's registration number. Both are required, so a random case cannot be pulled up from a number alone.
The driver sees the case and the amount and pays by card through the payment provider. No user is created, and no card details are stored in the system.
The receipt is sent to the email address the driver gives, and the case switches to paid in the association's dashboard at the same moment.

Yes. The lookup shows the case with the amount and the basis before you confirm payment. If you believe the fee was issued in error, contact the association or site where the car was parked — they are the ones who can cancel the case.
Yes, sent to the email address you give during payment. Keep it: it is documentation that the case is closed, and it makes any later doubt about the payment a short conversation.
An administration fee is charged per paid case, and only once payment has actually gone through. Card fees are passed on or included transparently. Current rates are on the pricing page.
Then the lookup finds no case. Check the number on the fee itself and try again — both the ticket number and the registration number have to match. If it keeps failing, the association behind the site can look the case up and help further.
