The resident sends a link, the visitor types their plate. No sign-up, no app, no guest cards that never come back.
Visitor parking in Min Beboer Parkering works with a link. The resident creates a guest request in their own overview and passes the link on — by text, email or message. The visitor opens the link, enters their plate and is registered immediately, without creating an account. The permit is valid for the time window the association has set and expires by itself, so nobody has to remember to withdraw it afterwards.
No account, no app, no password. A guest who has just pulled up outside should be able to manage it one-handed in the rain — every extra screen costs registrations, and an unregistered guest car is exactly the one that ends up with a fee.
Visitor permits are time-limited from the moment they are created. That is the difference between a system that still works after two years and a list of guest cards where half are with people nobody can remember.
Whoever has the visitor creates the link. The board neither approves weekend guests nor hands out cards, and there is no longer one person who has to be home before anyone can park.
Every visitor permit belongs to the resident who created it. If the visitor scheme is used for something it was not meant for, that can be seen and raised concretely instead of as a general reminder at the annual meeting.
An active visitor permit shows to the controller on the round exactly as a resident permit does. The visitor gets no fee, and the resident gets no phone call in the middle of dinner.
In their own overview the resident creates a guest and gets a link. It takes under a minute and can be done while the visitor is on the way, or once the car is already parked.
The resident shares the link however suits — text, email or message. The link belongs to that one guest request, so it cannot circulate as a general pass to the site.
The visitor opens the link, enters the registration number and is done. No user is created, and nothing more about the visitor is stored than the registration requires.
When the time window closes, the permit is no longer valid. If the visitor is staying longer, the resident creates a new one — rather than someone having to remember to close the old one.
The association decides. Some run a day at a time, others 12 or 48 hours, and some cap how many guest days an apartment can use per month. The frame is set during setup and can be adjusted once you can see from the data how the visitor spaces are actually used.
Yes, and that is the whole point of the link. The visitor only enters their plate and is registered for the stated time window. There is no account, no password and no app to download — which is also what makes visitors actually do it.
Three things: permits are time-limited, each link belongs to one guest request, and every visitor permit is tied to the resident who created it. If a harder frame is needed, the association can cap the number of guest days per apartment.
It can happen if a round falls in the minutes between the car parking and the link being filled in. That is why the flow is kept as short as possible, and why the resident can create the guest in advance. If it happens anyway, the fee can be cancelled in the system with the reason on the case.
They can, but service permits fit the purpose better: they are time-limited with a required end time and do not count against the apartment's quota. The guest link is meant for visits, the service permit for work in the apartment or on the property.
